Mas Vell-Roure has been designed to provide guests with the utmost comfort and enjoyment throughout their stay. The villa has a light contemporary feel and has been tastefuly furnished throughout to a very high standard

The main living area on the ground floor is open plan with plenty of space for relaxation and relaxed dining. Comfortable chairs and sofas are grouped to maximise the mountain views, soak up the sunshine and enjoy the garden, terrace and pool area.

Separating the dining area and kitchen is a tiled breakfast bar. The dining table comfortably seats 10 . The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances including: fridge-freezer, range gas oven and hob with extractor fan above, microwave and dishwasher. There is an ample range of quality crockery, glassware and cookware as well as plenty of cupboards and storage for those wishing to cook and dine at home. In the utility room a washing machine and additional drinks fridge is also provided for your convenience. 

All the bedrooms benefit from reversible air conditioning ensuring year round comfort.  There are gas central heating radiators in every room.  French windows open out from the dining and living area onto the terrace and give easy access to the pool and barbecue .

The house sleeps 10 guests comfortably. The villa has five bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.   On the first floor: a master suite with luxury ensuite shower and central bath giving views to a private terrace;  two further bedrooms, one double, one twin, both with ensuite shower rooms.  On the ground floor: one double bedroom with sleigh bed and one twin bedroom sharing a family bathroom, plus an additional shower room.  All the bedrooms are simply and beautifully furnished and each has ample wardrobe and drawer storage space. Each bathroom has a bath and or a shower, hand-basin and toilet.  Four of the bedrooms have French windows opening out onto a terrace or balcony, all of the bedrooms enjoy stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
