Much of the land belonging to the house remains natural and uncultivated allowing guests to enjoy the diversity of the wildlife and the uniqueness of the landscape. In the summer the climate and terrain attracts small lizards and geckos. Cicadas and tree frogs will provide an unforgettable soundtrack to your holiday, as they too are regular visitors. 

Colourful well kept shrubs and trees surround the villa and terraced areas have been thoughtfully designed to allow guests to "go barefoot" from the house to the pool in comfort.  The azure blue of the 8mx5m swimming pool reflects the blue of the summer skies. For the protection and safety of our guests the pool has been securely fenced to comply with strict  French legislation. An electric pool cover has also been fitted. 

The villa enjoys panoramic views of the Alberes Mountains and Mount Canigou.  A purpose brick built barbecue and food preparation area on the terrace allows guests to enjoys the views whilst cooking "al fresco".
